The fluxing bath is being polluted by acid residues and above all by dissolved iron. Consequently it makes the quality of the galvanizing process worse; moreover iron being entrained by a polluted fluxing flow into the galvanizing bath binds itself with zinc and precipitates to the bottom, thus increasing dross. A continuous treatment of the fluxing bath will help you get rid of this problem and cut the zinc consumption dramatically.
From the flux tank a certain quantity of liquid is pumped to the reaction tank. In the reaction tank the liquid reacts with various chemicals through automated system of dosing. From the reaction tank the liquid is pumped to the filter press which separates the iron from the liquid.
The clean liquid is pumped back to the flux tank.
