After fluxing, non-evaporated aqueous residuals are entirely removed by drying in a suitable chamber fed with dry air heated up to 100°C with an appropriate ventilation system. The Load in the Dryer is heated with the help of the Hot air coming from Dryer blower which passes through heat exchanger connected with the flue duct. In this way we are utilizing the excess heat of the furnace flue.
