The system is designed to remove the white fumes generated during the dipping of the material into the zinc bath. This system is designed in two different types. First is basic type having open surrounding with push- pull system and the second is advanced type with enclosure having pull – pull system. The System is designed with following features:

•  Easy accessibility for skimming / maintenance.
•  Efficient, Uniform, lateral extraction.
•  Cleaning ports provided for zinc removal.
•  Designed for Galvanizing Environment.

The advantage of advanced system over basic system is that it entraps 90% of white fumes & Entraps all the zinc splashes ensuring safety of operators & recovery of zinc. It comes in two types one is open type & another is enclosed type.

Enclosed Type white fume Enclosure entraps 95% of fumes and also protects person in event of any spatter of zinc outside the furnace during dipping.
