The generated effluent will be gravitated in to the Bar screen to remove coarse solids, the screened effluent will pass through Oil and grease traps in series to remove Oil & grease present in effluent manually. Then effluent will collects in Equalization cum Neutralization tank to neutralize the effluent (Mixing will be provided by Blower), the neutralized effluent will pump to Flocculation tank, where the poly electrolyte will add for flock formation (Mixing will be provide with mechanical Agitator), Coagulant effluent from flocculation tank will gravitates in to lamella plate settler to for solid – liquid separation. The supernatant effluent will collects in pre-filtration tank, and same will pump to pass through the Dual media filter to remove minute suspended solids, color and odor if any. The treated effluent will collects in to post-filtration tank to facilitate to pump to required location. The settled sludge at Lamella plate settler tank will be bleed to sludge drying beds for dewatering and drying purpose. The dried sludge will proposed to collect in polythene bags and secured storage at site for further disposal as per pollution control board.
