We undertake the consultancy services for Installation & commissioning of the plant so as to provide the technical assistance to client during installation of the plant or during shutdown.

We have hand on experience in commissioning automatically operated High Velocity Galvanizing Furnace with different Fuels such as LDO, LPG and Propane Gas & Natural Gas.

We have assisted our clients in changeover from Oil to Gas as also during breakdowns (Kettle Leakage).

Having association with so many process personnel we have developed the expertise in achieving the process parameters which helps the client in increased production, improved quality and cost reduction.

We are not into the field of kettle manufacturing but when it comes to the welding of puncture kettle we are very well known in the companies like L&T, TTP Technologies who themselves have quality welders but prefer us due to our skilled work.

We Fabricate PP Tanks with MS/FRP support which gives advantage over the previously used acid proof lined tanks as maintenance in these tanks are very easy also the space requirement for the placement is very less.

The added advantage is that these tanks can be moved very easily from one place to another place.

We are also having expertise in repairing the acid tanks & acid storage tanks with advance welding facility.

We have executed the HDPE / PP & PVC pipeline work in the reputed companies such as Saint Gobain Galss (I) Ltd, Sigma Galvanizing Pvt. Ltd. & Sujana Towers Pvt. Ltd. for various utility services.

This has been one more development into our company profile as we have man-power having in depth knowledge of PVC, PP & HDPE flooring we have extended our hand into this field. As acid proof coating is very much required in the galvanizing plant we execute the FRP lining work on steel structures & Floor to protect them from acidic fumes & increase the life for longer duration.
