The plant is provided with inline pickling arrangement suitable for complete chemical cleaning. These tanks are constructed out of PPCP liners with PP Billets protection and inverted pipes at the bottom. The Support Structure for PP Liners are of M.S. lined with FRP. Suitable Inlet & outlets are made on the PP tanks and the provision for Fume Extraction system is provided on it. Pre-Treatment section consists of Degreasing Tank, Rinsing Tank, Acid Tanks, Rinsing Tank, De-galvanizing Tank and Flux Tank.
